Heavy Mag says:

"Full of energy from the Opening notes of 'Remembered' to the last part of 'The silence' an album that is littered with guitar riffs and and driving rhythms. Highly focused with a classic American new wave direction running throughout. I really like Mike Ellis pushing the whole thing along with his fast paced drums, and some sumptuous guitar work from Mike Wheatley, who even gets all funky on 'Void'. Lead vocalist Jo Ash has a great voice that has a punkish edge, which reminds me of Pat Benatar in places.
'December' is my top pick from the album, as it tears into the riffs from the off, with some great distortion on the guitars, a powerful and hard hiting piece that sits well in the middle of the album. It isn't all flat out though, with a nice slow moving song 'Lonely girl' following up to the hard rocker, and the melodic 'Crash & burn' with its radio friendly beat, bring things back to a steadier pace. A feast for prog fans and some haunting vocals during 'Alibi', really showcases the whole bands capabilities nicely. I really like the balance of this album that has moments from prog to melodic Americana."
